We specialize in preparing and mailing medical billing statements and patient mail communications such as appointment reminder letters.  Prices include materials, postage, and address cleansing.

You provide the addresses and a sample letter which may contain your logo or letterhead.  We will take it from there and complete your mailing, including a colored paper (optional) in a white envelope, produced and delivered.

This is our specialty.  You provide the addresses and PDF documents of the statements you wish to send.  We will provide all supplies including a return envelope, perforated paper, and first-class postage.  Data cleansing/address updates are free.
